Welcome to my website! I’m Alexis, a multimedia journalist based in Miami, Florida. I currently work as the health and fitness lead at Popsugar. I was formerly the senior editor at Health Magazine, and my previous bylines have been featured in Women’s Health, Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, Prevention, and more. I graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in English and Media Studies and then earned my Master’s from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
